Welcome to Xaitora. By accessing or using the Xaitora platform and its AI learning assistant Xay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Xaitora, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have obtained parental or guardian consent if under 13), and that you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Educational Purpose

Xaitora is an educational platform designed to assist students at all levels of learning. Xay is an AI tutor intended to guide, support, and enhance your learning experience. Xaitora does not replace formal education, licensed instructors, or professional academic advisors.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Xaitora only for lawful, educational purposes. Prohibited uses include:

• Submitting AI-generated content as your own work without proper disclosure
• Requesting assistance with illegal activities or harmful content
• Attempting to manipulate, bypass, or extract system-level information from Xay
• Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or harmful images or content
• Using the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• Unauthorized commercial use of responses generated by Xay

4. AI Disclaimer

Xay is powered by artificial intelligence. While every effort is made to provide accurate and educationally appropriate responses, AI systems can produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Always verify critical academic information with qualified instructors and authoritative sources.

5. Subscription Tiers & Usage Limits

Xaitora offers three service tiers: Starter (free, 20 messages per day), Elite ($20 per month, 100 messages per day), and Scholar ($50 per month, 1,050 messages per week). Usage limits reset at midnight daily for Starter and Elite tiers, and every Monday for Scholar tier.

6. Voice & Media Features

Xaitora offers voice input and voice output features to enhance the learning experience. Audio is processed securely in real time and is not stored by Xaitora. Image uploads are processed solely to assist with your educational question and are not retained.

7. Intellectual Property

The Xaitora name, logo, branding, and platform are the intellectual property of Xaitora and All In Advisory. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Xaitora and All In Advisory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Use of this platform is at your own risk.

9. Modifications

Xaitora reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
